Emmanuel Ubiñas, a partner in the Firm’s Global Disputes Practice, has been recognized by Latino Leaders magazine as one of the Top Latino Lawyers in the United States for 2017.
Latino Leaders magazine is a publication with a focus on the U.S. Hispanic business community that profiles articles about successful leaders in the country, and 2017 marks the third consecutive year of their Top Latino Lawyers survey, which is based on their extensive national research of over 600 lawyers and more than 250 nominations.
Mr. Ubiñas has more than 15 years of experience in Latin America-related investigations and litigation. He has worked on matters involving bribery, bid rigging, procurement fraud, money laundering, self-dealing, accounting fraud, enforcement of foreign judgments, class actions, and cross-border contract and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Ubiñas has led dozens of Latin America-related investigations and conducted more than 500 Spanish-language witness interviews for matters connected to Latin America. Global Investigations Review recently recognized his investigations work in their "40 under 40" list of the world's leading investigators.
