In today's digital economy, a company's trade secrets are targets for hackers, nation-states, disgruntled employees, and other thieves. This program will address the expanding law of trade secret protection, including significant and diverse forms of criminal or civil exposure as either a victim, plaintiff, or defendant. The speakers will discuss the litigation, intellectual property, cybersecurity, investigation, and labor and employment issues involving trade secrets.
