Jones Day Adds Vidal Galindo to Labor & Employment Practice in Madrid

The global law firm Jones Day announces that Vidal Galindo has joined the Firm's Madrid Office as Of Counsel in its Labor & Employment Practice.

A leading labor and employment lawyer in Madrid, Mr. Galindo brings extensive experience in collective bargaining matters, negotiations, and as an advisor to multinational companies.

Mr. Galindo's recent experience includes advising the first Spanish public company to carry out a mass redundancy, counseling on several collective dismissals implemented by a multinational manufacturing company, and assisting a leading tobacco company on several restructuring processes and collective negotiations.

Mr. Galindo is a professor in the Employment and Social Security Law Department at Rey Juan Carlos University, and is a regular speaker at employment law conferences. He has published numerous articles on employment law in academic and professional journals.
