Jones Day is advising the management team of TenCate Grass Holding B.V. in connection with Leonard Green & Partners, LP's acquisition of a majority stake in TenCate Grass from Crestview Partners and select other shareholders. TenCate Grass is a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer, distributor and installer of artificial turf and other surfaces for sports.
