2018 Essential Cybersecurity Law Conference

Cybersecurity is a pressing issue for organizations of all sizes. This seminar will examine current issues in cybersecurity law, including civil litigation and regulations, the GDPR, internal controls and compliance, blockchain (including cryptocurrencies), incident response and breach disclosure, insurance, and third party vendor risk management.

On July 25 at 12:50 p.m., Jones Day partner Jay Johnson will moderate a panel that will address cybersecurity regulation and enforcement, current threats, and best practices to address those threats. The panel will also include Michael Chu (U. S. Department of Justice), James E. Elliott (Federal Trade Commission), and Scott Mascianica (U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission).
