The most significant tax legislation in at least a generation was recently enacted into law. Please join us for a discussion of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and its impact on your company with respect to topics ranging from structuring major transactions to supply chain management. We will also discuss ways in which the new legislation could immediately impact your company's financials and public reporting obligations, internal and external debt structures, executive compensation arrangements, and worldwide effective tax rate. Partners from Jones Day's Tax Practice will offer analysis to explain what the new law does; how it impacts your business and operations; how deals and transactions may be affected; and what actions, restructuring, or other adjustments may be most advisable to adapt to the new tax regime.

Speakers will include:

Andrew M. Eisenberg, partner, Jones Day (Washington)
Edward T. Kennedy, partner, Jones Day (New York)
