The Federal Bar Council Program Committee presents "New York Attorney General and New York Department of Financial Services 101: What You May Want To Know, But Were Afraid To Ask." Jones Day Business & Tort Litigation partner Harold Gordon will be on a panel that discusses the basic statutory and regulatory investigative and enforcement authority of the New York Attorney General and the New York Department of Financial Services, including the investigative and enforcement process and procedures of these important New York agencies, and how practitioners can best serve institutional and individual clients in responding to investigative demands and enforcement actions from these authorities.
