Jones Day's Dan Moss welcomed as a member of the International Insolvency Institute

Dan Moss has been admitted as a member of the International Insolvency Institute. Mr. Moss is a partner in the Business Restructuring & Reorganization Practice in the Washington and New York offices. The institute's "primary objectives include improving international co-operation in the insolvency area and achieving greater coordination among nations in multinational business reorganizations and restructurings."

Mr. Moss has significant experience in business finance and restructuring, with a particular focus on complex corporate and cross-border reorganizations, distressed acquisitions, and crypto-related matters. He represents debtors, creditors, and creditor committees in significant corporate and government reorganizations and counsels clients on avoidance litigation and corporate governance matters.

He served as co-lead counsel for Diebold Nixdorf in the recent successful restructuring in 71 days of over $2.7 billion in funded debt which involved the first-ever dual proceeding under the U.S. bankruptcy code and recently enacted Dutch restructuring law.
