"Jill is a highly skilled lawyer who has already worked on a number of important matters in the areas of white collar defense, internal investigations, and corporate responses to government investigations," said Al LaFiandra, Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's Atlanta Office. "In addition to her professional track record, she has demonstrated a serious commitment to civic causes here in Atlanta and increasing professional opportunities for women. We are delighted that she has joined Jones Day and look forward to working with her in our office."

At Jones Day, Ms. Hengen joins a team of lawyers worldwide who have helped clients with many of the most significant U.S. and cross-border investigations and white-collar criminal defense matters in recent decades. "Jill has a breadth of experience working on high-stakes internal investigations into allegations of corporate misconduct and advising and defending companies with global footprints in connection with government investigations and enforcement actions," said Ted Chung, leader of the Firm's Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice. "This knowledge is an important addition to our practice and will be a valuable asset to our clients as we counsel them on investigations and legal defense strategies. We are pleased that she has chosen to join Jones Day."
