Bárbara Fernández has more than a decade of legal experience in administrative and environmental law, with a robust track record in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Bárbara has successfully handled high-stakes litigation, administrative proceedings, and complex regulatory transactions by aligning legal strategies with business objectives. Bárbara's practice spans various business sectors, including energy, mining, and industrial. Bárbara has in-depth experience in environmental law, particularly in the areas of climate change, environmental assessments, permitting, environmental liability, waste management, and water and air quality protection, in Spain and in Latin America, where she worked in 2017.
Bárbara has also served as a professor of administrative practice at the Autonomous University of Madrid and as a professor of environmental law at ISDE Law & Business School.
