2018 CIArb Conference: Arbitrating Disputes with Foreign Sovereigns and Sovereign-Owned Entities

Jones Day will host The North American Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Annual Conference, titled "Arbitrating Disputes with Foreign Sovereigns and Sovereign-Owned Entities," featuring a full day of panels and speakers.

Jones Day partner Charles T. Kotuby, Jr. will moderate a panel discussion on practical tips in recognizing and enforcing arbitral awards against foreign sovereign entities.

Jones Day partner Melissa Stear Gorsline will participate in a panel discussion about practical strategies in the arbitration of international disputes involving state-owned entities.

Other conference panels will address:
